Tania Twito
I have been a licensed Realtor for 1 year and have worked in the real estate industry for 4 years. Prior to becoming a Realtor I worked in the marketing department of a “For Sale By Owner” company, in property management, and as a real estate assistant. Last year my mom Marleen and I teamed up to form “Team Twito”. We believe that honesty and integrity are essential and hold ourselves to a high standard.
I enjoy working with buyers and sellers and am committed to my client’s success. I make good use of modern technology and the tools available to help market my clients homes or to find them the perfect home. I have recently branched out into new construction and have been working with an established and reputable builder here in Northern Colorado.
I am a Colorado native and with the exception of a year spent going to school in Tampa, Florida I have lived here all my life. I played competitive basketball from 5th grade thru High School and have coached at the club level with the Jr. Impala organization as well as at Poudre and Fossil Ridge High Schools.
