Happy Buyers and Sellers have made my 22 years in Real Estate a huge success.

Attitude is key to my success in my professional life. Warm, outgoing and sincere, I am passionate about helping people. A teacher and counselor for 35 years overlaps with my real estate career of 22 years. As president of both the Loveland/Berthoud Association of Realtors and the Northern Colorado Women’s Council of Realtors, I have served on many local and state committees as well as participating in numerous community events.

As a teacher, manager and trainer of dozens of other realtors, I have highly developed communication skills which are vital to real estate. Voted Realtor of the Year 2001 by my peers, I have always worked hard to build strong relationships with title companies, lenders, appraisers, inspectors, contractors and other Realtors. Good communication with these professionals is extremely important to make a transaction successful. By focusing on the professional relationships and getting everyone behind a common goal, my clients and customers get the best possible service, and everyone wins.
