Marjorie Clark

Selling real estate is the latest and 6th layer of our real estate adventures. I am enjoying our 6th layer very much. To get to layer 6 we have owned property since 1961, our first layer. This first purchase, which we still own, has turned out to be our best investment. I have owned and managed rental property for 30+ years – layer#2. Layer #3, is decorating homes through my business, The Hanging Tree. I have decorated homes and businesses, did show homes for builders and staged homes for many, many years. My decorating specialty is custom window treatments which I design, make and install. Layer #4, we farm the land as our latest purchase was a farm in Wyoming. 

I have lived in Ft. Collins for 45 yrs with husband, Gerald, who owns Quality Handyman Service; therefore, repairing homes is layer #5. We have 4 grown children and 9 grandchildren. Hobbies include: fishing, art (oil painting) and little white dogs (Maltese). 

Grandson Logan says, “My grandma is a real Realtor. You’ll do good to have grandma on your team.” I look forward to helping you BUY, SELL, INVEST, or MANAGE YOUR PROPERTY. The success of my business comes from the friendship of those I serve.
