Lucinda Matheson

I am a proud Colorado Native and also one of the proud owners of Premier Lifestyle Realty.  I was born and raised in Loveland Colorado and continue to call Loveland my home.  I have been involved in the Home and Real Estate Industry since a young child.  My father operated, Loveland Lumber Company, now Bloedorn Lumber Company, until his retirement. He was Volunteer Fire Chief and still serves on the fire advisory Board.  My mother has been a Real Estate Broker for 30+ years and is employing broker of Premier Lifestyle Realty. I am proud to follow in her footsteps. I have worked for a CPA, Sports Timing Company and done Accounting for several companies in our area.  I have strong Northern Colorado Community ties and have been involved in making Loveland a Great Place to Live and Raise a Family. 

I received an Accounting education in Northern Colorado.  I have been active in my Church, United Way, Loveland Junior Golf, Thompson Valley Preschool, Girls Golf Club of Northern Colorado, Loveland Christian High School, Boy and Girl Scouts and volunteered in the local schools.  Our company is a memberof the Chamber of Commerce.

My husband Gary works for Flextronic’s International, Global Leader in Contract Manufacturing.  My daughter, Erin is married and she and her husband both are Management employee’s at Sportsman’s Warehouse in Loveland.  They are AVID Outdoorsmen.  My son, Chris and I have formed a committed Real Estate Team.  We know the area and have developed great affiliate ties.  We want to earn your trust and build a lasting relationship with all of our clients.  I look forward to helping everyone achieve their real estate dreams.
