Hello, I would like to introduce myself. I am a licensed Broker Associate and Realtor working out of the Loveland office of Premier LifeStyle Realty. We specialize in the sale of all types of Real Estate in Northern Colorado. I am active in both residential and commercial brokerage.
To tell you a little about myself-my wife and I were raised on farms by Drake, North Dakota. We enjoy visiting there where everyone still knows us. We are related to many people back there and are also owners of a small farm at rural Drake.
I served in the US Army and am a Viet Nam veteran. I have a degree in Psychology from North Dakota State University and also graduated from Northern Colorado College of Real Estate. We have spent much of our lives in Montana but moved to Colorado in 2000 and have found that we love this area too.
My wife is a cardiac nurse at a local hospital. Our two adult daughters live in this area also. One works as a CPA and the other one is a full-time college student. We are typical grandparents and brag about our five grandchildren; Braedon, Caity, Jaida, Sydney and Ciera.
In addition to being a Broker Associate, my professional background includes selling modular homes, being a Grain Merchant and selling construction equipment. I have mechanical education also and have a thorough understanding of home construction.
Being responsible and accountable in my business dealings has always been important to me. I am excited to be a Real Estate Consultant. If you have need of a broker, please call me.
