Hunter Harms

W.J. “Hunter ” Harms was raised in east Denver, graduating from Jones College and practiced Real Estate  in the Cherry Creek office of Perry & Butler Realty until its sale to N.R.T. Cendant Corporation in 2001.

Prior to selling real estate, Hunter spent several years with United Airlines and several more in the Automobile Brokerage business, holding various management positions with automobile dealers around the country. He has over 20 years experience in sales and management.

Having studied real estate in California, Colorado and Texas, Hunter earned a Senior Real Estate specialist designation in 2006. To earn this SRES designation, an agent must be a member of the National Association of Realtors, complete classroom studies that focus on the specific needs of today's senior & baby boomer market and become a member of the SRES council. Fewer than 2 percent of U.S. Realtors have an SRES designation.

Hunter has extensive experience in inventory analysis, budgeting and product merchandising.

Together with a business partner, Hunter sold residential real estate in Observatory Park, Washington Park and in the Denver University area for Coldwell Banker of Cherry Creek, emphasizing New Build, Historic and Mid-Century Modern Architecture.  While with Coldwell Banker, Hunter earned numerous company awards. Presently, he is a seasoned urban broker bridging the gap between Town & Country real estate in Loveland and Berthoud, Colorado. His office is located a short walk from Boyd lake near 29th and Madison in Loveland.
In his position as Broker Associate for Premier LifeStyle Realty,  Hunter lists residential property and represents buyers in the purchase of new homes, land and previously owned property.

Hunter enjoys most outdoor activities, especially Colorado camping, motorcycling and has traveled extensively from New York to the Hawaiian Islands. In addition to travel, motorcycles and camping he made time to participate in several home owners associations in the Denver area, including Washington Park, Platte Park Peoples Association and the West University Park Neighbors Association ( University of Denver). In this latter position he served on the Board of Directors.
