Severance is a quiet little town on the plains. Severance holds tight to its rustic roots and is best known for being the home of Bruces Bar, which is famous for its Rocky Mountain Oysters. If you dont know what Rocky Mountain Oysters are, youll just have to visit Bruces and give them a try! Heres a hint: they dont come from the ocean.
Severance acts as a bedroom community to the larger Northern Colorado communities such as Greeley, Windsor, and Fort Collins, but it maintains the down home atmosphere found in small towns.
