Eaton located just north of Greeley, is an affluent, suburban community with a mix of old, appealing single family dwellings and large, elegant newer homes.

Eaton acts as a “bedroom community” to the larger Northern Colorado communities such as Greeley, Windsor, and Fort Collins, but maintains the down home atmosphere found in small towns.
